Daniel Smith is a highly established First Assistant Director with a varied career spanning Fashion, Commercials and Film. Based in London, he spent many years shooting high-profile beauty and luxury brand campaigns internationally with renowned photographers Rankin and Mert & Marcus.

His career in film has led him to work in a wide array of genres and locations from The Muppets in Kentish Town to Mauritania with Academy award-winning Director Kevin Macdonald. His recent works include Disney’s eagerly anticipated titles, The Little Mermaid and Snow White.

With over seventeen years in the film industry, Daniel co-founded The Prequel… Daniel is represented by Independent Talent Group.

Claire Woods is a UK based makeup Designer who trained at the prestigious London College of Fashion and has over 20 years of experience in the Television and Film Industry. She has designed iconic British comedies such as Friday Night Dinner and Netflix’s most successful non-scripted comedy Travels with my Father.

As a qualified facialist with a special interest in men’s beauty and grooming, she has travelled the world extensively looking after clients including Jude Law, Eddie Redmayne and Jack Whitehall. Her editorial work has been featured in GQ, Esquire, Tatler and Sunday Times Magazine. In television, her work features on Disney+, Paramount+ and Amazon Prime.

As Co-founder of The Prequel… Claire is looking forward to continued work and growth on scripted and non-scripted projects currently in development.
